Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 09/01/2025

 

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policies below, which vary depending on the type of class or workshop you’ve registered for.

1. Ongoing Classes (Adult & Youth Sessions)

  • Once tuition is paid, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes or withdrawals after registration.

2. Summer Camps for Kids

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of camp are eligible for a full refund or studio credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of camp are non-refundable.

​

3. One-Time Workshops & Date Nights

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or studio credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If Art Haus cancels a class, camp, or workshop due to illness, weather, or low enrollment:

  • You may choose a full refund or credit toward another program.

  • We will notify you via the email and/or phone number provided at registration.
