Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policies below, which vary depending on the type of class or workshop you’ve registered for.

1. Ongoing Classes (Adult & Youth Sessions)

Once tuition is paid, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes or withdrawals after registration.

2. Summer Camps for Kids

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of camp are eligible for a full refund or studio credit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of camp are non-refundable.

3. One-Time Workshops & Date Nights

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or studio credit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If Art Haus cancels a class, camp, or workshop due to illness, weather, or low enrollment:

You may choose a full refund or credit toward another program.

We will notify you via the email and/or phone number provided at registration.
