Calling all young artists! Join us for Art Explorers: A Journey Through Media, a fun, 4-day adventure where you’ll dive into the world of different art materials and discover the magic of watercolor, acrylic paints, pastels, and colored pencils.
Each day, we’ll explore one unique medium and learn exciting techniques to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind artworks. From the soft, flowing washes of watercolor to the bold, vibrant strokes of acrylic, the soft blending of pastels to the precision of colored pencils, campers will experiment and develop new skills in each medium.
Day 1: Watercolor Wonders – Learn how to mix and blend watercolor paints to create beautiful washes and effects.
Day 2: Acrylic Adventures – Dive into the world of acrylics with layering and texture techniques.
Day 3: Pastel Paradise – Discover how pastels can be used for smooth blending and rich, vibrant colors.
Day 4: Colored Pencil Creations – Explore fine detail work and shading techniques with colored pencils to bring your art to life!
By the end of the camp, your young artist will have a portfolio filled with diverse works, gaining confidence in their ability to create across multiple mediums. All materials will be provided—just bring your creativity!
