Get creative with clay and make your own handmade pottery mug in this beginner-friendly class for ages 14+! Students will learn foundational hand building techniques to design and construct a functional ceramic mug from start to finish.
During the workshop, you’ll roll and shape clay, assemble your mug, attach a handle, and add personalized details. Once built, you’ll paint and decorate your piece using ceramic underglazes to make it completely unique.
After class, we’ll carefully dry, kiln-fire, and apply a clear glaze to your mug. Your finished pottery will be food safe, microwave safe, and ready for pickup within 4 weeks.
No experience needed—just bring your creativity and get ready to create a mug you’ll love using every day!

Refund Policy

Materials and Tools
Materials and tools will be provided with the class. Each student will receive one 25-pound bag of clay for the 6-week course. If an additional bag needs to be purchased we sell them for $25.
