Get ready to spin, splash, and create together! In this fun, hands-on pottery wheel class, kids and parents team up to learn the basics of throwing on the wheel. No experience needed—our instructor will guide you step-by-step as you each shape your very own pot.
 
You’ll learn:
How to center clay on the wheel
How to pull and shape your pot
How to safely use wheel tools
Teamwork techniques that make the process easier and more fun
 
After class, we’ll take care of the finishing touches! We’ll trim, fire, and glaze your pieces in the color of your choice, and they’ll be ready for pickup in a few weeks.
 
Perfect for: Parent–child pairs looking for a creative outing, beginners wanting to try the wheel, and kids in grades 3–8 who are at least 48" tall.
 
Come ready to get a little messy and make a memory you can hold in your hands!
 
All pottery will be fired and ready for pickup within 4 weeks of class.
