Celebrate creativity, community, and Pride with us at our special Pride Month Try It Out Pottery class! Whether you’re LGBTQ+ or a proud ally, everyone is welcome in this fun, beginner-friendly clay experience. Come get your hands muddy, make something unique, and enjoy an inclusive space filled with creativity and connection.
No experience is needed — we’ll guide you through the basics while you create your own pottery piece to keep. Bring a friend, a date, your chosen family, or come solo and meet new people in the community.
For this special event, 100% of proceeds will be donated to SLC Pride, supporting local LGBTQ+ programs, advocacy, and community initiatives right here in Utah.
Come celebrate Pride with art, acceptance, and a whole lot of clay.
At the end of the class students will get to pick their favorite piece that they made during the class and we will fire and glaze it for you. Students can pick their own glazes too! All pieces will be ready for pickup within 4-6 weeks of the class.
All pieces must be picked up within 16 weeks of the class, after that pottery will be donated to the studio or thrown out.
